TECHNOLOGY

To create our products, we use both our own materials, produced in-house, and those of world-renowned manufacturers. As a result, our products meet high expectations and work reliably in a wide variety of diverse conditions. By appropriately combining and layering materials, we can achieve greater comfort during sporting activities.

Our clothing is most often made of polypropylene or polyester. Additional layers of clothing are most often made of polyester and polyamide. We use different bindings and adjust fibres and materials to make the final product the best for the given use. We offer materials suitable for year-round use, as well as special materials designed for specific seasons and temperatures.

Logos and other graphics are most commonly applied onto t-shirts and jackets using transfer printmaking. For thicker materials, such as fleece sweaters, embroidery can also be chosen.

Alergo
Alergo
Two-component, integrated type, knitwear. The internal polypropylene layer in the sheath bond ensures perfect thermal insulation properties. Cotton on the upper side improves the touch and speeds up the wicking of sweat away from the body. The material is great for t-shirts and pullovers in cold environments and for people working outdoors all year round. Great for cold stores, truck drivers, hunters, fishermen, but also active athletes.

Recommended logo usage – transfer printmaking, screen printing, embroidery.

Usage: As a first layer for when temperatures plunge far below freezing or for customers with low levels of movement (hunters, foresters, fishermen). As a second layer for active athletes in winter weather. Ideal for skiing, where it eliminates temperature fluctuations in alternating phases of great effort and rest (active skiing and travelling by cable car).
Aneta
Aneta
This material is designed as two-component integrated knitwear. The bottom layer is made of polypropylene, the top is modal (viscose). The material retains all the advantages of polypropylene, with the modal layer improving sweat wicking in humid climates and improving the final touch of the product. The material is suitable for people sensitive to synthetic materials. Suitable for T-shirts for playing sports, as a functional work t-shirt in various manufacturing businesses, great as gifts for employees etc.

Recommended logo use – transfer printmaking, screen printing.

Usage: Material for year-round use. Suitable as a lower and separate functional layer, depending on weather.
Coolmax®
Coolmax®
Coolmax® branded fibre has a special shape that increases its area, thereby ensuring sweat is wicked away from the skin more effectively and a significantly greater supply of ambient air reaches the body. Our Coolmax® Fresh material creates a specific microclimate between the body and the air that prevents overheating (avoiding fluid loss – dehydration) and so provide greater comfort and better performance. Silver ions applied to the fibre structure reduce bacterial growth, thus eliminating odour and keeping you fresh. The binding is extra breathable and helps to ventilate the skin – the material is great for hot weather.
It is ideal for T-shirts used in active sports, cross-country training and racing, obstacle terrain running etc. A great choice for various sports clubs and organisations.

Recommended logo use – transfer print-making.

Usage: The airy structure of the material helps to quickly evaporate sweat and rapidly ventilate the skin. Underwear and T-shirts from this material are ideal for warm summer months. They prevent the growth of bacteria and thus protect against sweat odours much longer than traditional materials without the Fresh treatment.
Polypropylene
Polypropylene
Polypropylene fibre is lightweight, has excellent thermo-insulating abilities, drains sweat and leaves the skin dry and odourless. It provides maximum moisture removal, fast drying and maintains its colour. It also has a slightly negative electrical charge, which has a positive effect on the human organism.

For our products, we use fibre treated with an antibacterial additive based on biogenic silver ions, which prevents the growth of bacteria and fungi, reduces unpleasant odours and maintains the biological balance of the skin. The additive is applied to the fibre mass. It does not migrate from the material to the skin, and remains permanently in the material even after multiple washing. It does not harm the body or the environment.

Material from 100% polypropylene is hard to print on, but the modal or cotton version does not have this problem. Underwear and clothing with polypropylene is particularly suitable as work clothes and protective garments for various types of working environments.
CoolDry®
CoolDry®
CoolDry® is a special four-pole polyester fibre that provides free access to the skin for air to provide natural thermal control for the human body. CoolDry® combines the comfort of cotton with the fast-drying properties of polyester. Thanks to its special cross section, the weight of the product is reduced by 25% (as opposed to the round cross-section of the fibre) and accelerates the wicking of sweat away from the skin. By making the cross-section of the fibre into a “cross” shape, the fibre surface increases and hence so does the evaporation area. The material and skin are therefore dry, which increases the feeling of comfort during sporting activities.
Sandra
Sandra
A long verified, proven, and patented 100% polypropylene material in a special breathable bond. Ideal for yearlong use, it is great under protective suits and as a protective layer for the body against temperature fluctuations. Thanks to its design, it excels in wicking sweat and skin ventilation. The material is health-friendly and also suitable for allergy sufferers.

Usage: Material for year-round use. In winter as a lower layer, which ensures thermal comfort and a feeling of dryness. In summer, as a separate T-shirt that ventilates sweat perfectly.
Micropolyester
Micropolyester
Micro-fibres are smaller in diameter than ordinary fibres, so there are many times more of them in the same knitwear. This means that there are more surface areas in the knitwear and a larger interfacial area for wicking away sweat. Compared to conventional polyester materials, sweat drainage is faster. The knitwear is also softer and more pleasant to the touch.
We have 2 types of micro-polyester materials. Both are especially great for summer. We make sleeveless vests, tank tops, T-shirts, boxers and panties for a wide range of sporting activities and casual wear.

Recommended logo use – transfer printmaking.

Usage: underwear for the summer season; year-round for indoor activities.
Táda
Táda
Material made of 100% polypropylene in a micro-fibre finish. The material is pleasant to the touch, soft and does not irritate the skin. The binding is ribbed, which makes the product more firmly attached to the body. The material has a wide range of applications across all seasons. It is also great as a first layer under shirts.
Tecnostretch
Tecnostretch
A branded material from the Italian company Pontetorto. The top part of the material is smooth, with good mechanical resistance. The inner part of the material is a type of fleece. The material has excellent thermo-insulating properties and is more resistant to pilling and damage than normal materials (it also resists the mechanical impact of straps from backpacks). Technostretch is flexible in 4 directions, fast drying, and has excellent breathability. Reliably and quickly wicks away sweat.
We make hooded and hoodless sweatshirts.

Recommended logo use – transfer printmaking, embroidery.

Usage: sweatshirts for sports, outdoor pursuits as well as leisure
Thermo°Cool™
Thermo°Cool™
This is a patented yarn from the company Advansa. It is a unique mixture of hollow fibre-braided fibres with a channel surface. This fibre has been developed to optimise the natural thermoregulation capability of the human body and, according to user needs and conditions, it cools the body or conversely balances the temperature. The presence of hollow fibres in the yarn ensures its ability to balance body temperature, reduce temperature fluctuation, and helps keep the user in the comfort zone.
We produce clothing from two types of materials – THERMOCOOL™ in the ECO version and the Soft'tech version. Soft'tech is a material finish that mimics the touch of natural fibres, resulting in a pleasant and soft material with excellent skin tolerance.
We make standard boxers from it with a longer leg, and thin beanies for skiing and for bikers.

Recommended logo use – transfer printmaking

Usage: Thanks to the combination of two fibres, it is ideal for year-long use: in summer it helps to quickly drain sweat and cool the skin, in winter it helps to balance the temperature and keep the body in the comfort zone.
